Know Your Talents

Fx5 (pronounced eff-ex-five) Journey offers coaching services and packages that begin with the Gallup CliftonStrengths Assessment .  CliftonStrengths (formerly known as Strength Finders) is an assessment that identifies and rank-orders an individual's unique talents.

The assessment measures natural patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving.  Resulting reports guide understanding of innate talents and how to apply them productively to do life well.

Strengths-Based Coaching

Fx5 offers Strengths-based coaching with a Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths Coach. When people learn how to consciously seek and invent ways to apply their talents to goals and tasks, their ability to perform with excellence increases substantially.

Strengths-based coaching starts with a focus on what people do well and emphasizes and builds on those strengths to help individuals become more productive.

Get Organized

You have a vision.  You have goals.  You have ideas about how to get there.  But there are so many moving parts!  Which tasks come first?  Which steps are dependent on other actions?  Where are the interdependencies?

Applying strengths to achieve goals requires an organized plan. Project management -- the practice of initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and completing work to achieve specific goals within a defined time -- goes hand-in-hand with Strengths-based coaching.

Symbolizing Strength

Fx5 adopted the Ailm, the Celtic symbol derived from the letter “A” of the Celtic Ogham alphabet, because the Ailm is a significant symbol of strength. It provokes the symbolism of not only physical strength but also spiritual and mental strength.

The mark was and is used by many as a symbol of endurance, resilience, healing, protection, purification, guidance, fertility, pureness, clarity, energy and integrity -- qualities that can mature from a strengths-based approach.  Notice the positivity of this symbol.  In contrast to approaches that attempt to improve weaknesses, a strengths-based approach focuses and builds on what works and what is good.

With the center cross and three-part circle symbolizing light, eternity and never-ending existence, the Ailm encompasses the Celtic spiritual journey from a polytheistic belief based in nature to the Christian understanding that natural beauty emanates from the trinitarian God.
